Payments
- Monthly Commitment: To ensure consistent progress and a dedicated learning environment, we follow a monthly commitment model. This means securing your child's spot for the entire month, with payment due on the 1st. Similar to the way you may pay for swimming lessons etc. All of the lessons in the month are to be paid for on 1st.
- Flexible Scheduling: We understand that life happens! If you have a planned absence, such as a holiday, as always you'll have the flexibility to swap your child's session to a different day/time within the month. This ensures your child doesn't miss out on valuable learning opportunities.
- December Holiday Break: To accommodate the holiday season, we'll be closed from Sunday 21st December 2025, through to Thursday 4th January 2026. You will not be charged for sessions during this time.
Tuition and Cancellation Policy:
- To maintain a reliable schedule for all students, tuition is non-refundable for missed lessons.
- We strive to avoid cancellations, but in rare cases (like tutor illness), we'll provide as much notice as possible and reschedule the session.
- To maintain a balanced schedule, if you wish to discontinue your child's sessions, I kindly request one month's notice prior to the desired end date.
